might need to transition back to dumbbells…I was strictly dumbbells for years cause I hated the bar, but started plateauing at heavy weight. but now I’m 225 regularly on the bar so might be time to pivot back and see if I can clear the dumbbell rack now lmfao
stopped doing regular squat, switched to v-squat strictly and all my knee pain went away

been running a 4 day upper/lower split since july and i'm thinking about switching to a 3 day fullbody + arms day. i'd pretty much be hitting the same movements and gaining a day to solely focus on arms, which i feel like i'm lacking on

i dont know if pulled something again when i did dead lifts this week funny it was the same weight when i pulled something in july the weight was 4 plates 20 lbs did about 1 set it was my last one but anyways i am getting like spasms pains on and off from my right side where the groin muscle is down to my knee i just hope everything is ok ill see how things are i might not lift so much weights for the rest of the year and just rest it

Now at my gym tho they have their benches in the squat rack so I can use the crash bars if I’m at risk

Tbh if this is what you really want to do make sure you do all your research. Make sure you know that this will basically be a for life thing because when you go off and you age your body is naturally going to have less testosterone due to the fact that you took the stuff

If you arch your back properly you should be able to touch your chest, and if you fail then flatten your back and the crash bars take the bar
