    I need to get back to working out

    My problem is i feel i gain fat when weight lifting. My biceps blow up but my waist and stomach do too. Maybe my diet is ass.

    I only seen progress sticking to a hardcore cardio + protein diet routine. Never tried it seriously with weight lifting.

    all signs point to you needing to track your dietary habits for a lil bit

    stay away from fast foods pops alcohol eat more home meals if this helps

  • ended 2025 the right way, with an arm day 💪

  • Need some muscle on my frame.
    I got GOAT genetics for being lean and got potential for a killer physique.
    Also need some juicy legs.

  • Out of curiosity, what’s everyone’s daily food intake ?

  • Last 6 months been in the gym 5x a week (Just cut it to 3 but all full body).

    Now I wanna see what I look like at 170.

  • Planet fitness has free weight now

  • Just finished a two and a half hour session, all upper body.

    F***ing absolutely obliterated my s*** let's set the tone early gentlemen, we all finna look like animals this year

    I'm currently hitting 70 on EZ/straight bar (3x10) and 45 on dumbbells (3x20)

    It's lowkey overkill but damn it's feels so good The only thing is that I'm lowkey horrified of tearing my biceps so idk

    I spent a year lifting hard and now back on the cardio grind. Really happy seeing the muscle gains after leaning down

    If only i had the discipline i did back then lol. I was coming off a break up and was grinding like crazy best motivator ever.

    And i had a app where i logged everything i ate to make sure every meal was macro friendly. Tracked all mycarbs heavy. And was doing consistent 5 mi walks.

    But this was also in the summer so it was easier. Much harder in the winter to work out

    Just get creatine monohydrate powder. It’s cheap. 5g a day. take it whenever.

    got the pills though it saids 2 half hour before working out and 2 when done and its monohydrate too

    It’s just water weight. Your muscles hold onto more water when saturated with creatine

    lost like 8-10 pounds because i got the flu so i know creatin puts water weight on you so i might take it just to gain a few pounds or so then stop it
