    60 hours into a 72 hour fast. i woke up feeling pretty good, usually when i do a 48 hour fast i wake up a lil dizzy. down 14lbs so far, curious what it'll be when i hit 72, and how much i'll gain back in the next couple days

    Friendly advice: go as low carb as possible and work your way up for about a week

    Lol nah if you don’t your insulin will spike and communicate to your body that carbs are scarce so you’ll store weight way easier than usual

    he is not diabetic though so he does not have to worry about insulin whatever he eats the insulin will break down the food normally
