    Lean bulk starts today
    Peptides I’m using:

    • Continue low dose retatrutide 1-2mg per week
    • glow blend (ghk-cu, bpc-157, tb-500) daily. On day 20 as of now
    • starting cjc-1295 no dac/ ipamorelin tonight
Goal is to gain 1-2 pounds a month. Under 10% body fat right now, would ideally like to stay around the same or up to max 12%

    Impossible

what do the peps u take do?

-retatrutide is a triple agonist (glp-1/GIP/glucagon) so not only does it decrease appetite like ozempic, but one of the other mechanisms directly burns fat, and it also improves insulin sensitivity. It’s very good for your liver and cardiovascular health. Probably the best peptide available.
-glow blend basically improves aesthetics, reduces inflammation, and helps muscle recovery. The Ghk-cu improves skin and hair. The bpc-157 and tb-500 reduces inflammation, improves muscle recovery and repair. You can take them separately but they work well together.
-cjc-1295 no dac ipamorelin is a blend that signals your pituitary to produce more growth hormone. It doesn’t shut down production like hgh, but makes your natural pulses larger. Improves sleep, lean muscle retention, and can boost skin health. I still haven’t started this yet, because I’ve read it can increase water retention. Water retention is why I don’t take creatine either.

Finally back home and I got f***ing flu-a

10 days i had it in december

  • hit 2 plate chest 3x5 today 1st time ever

  • my resting heart rate at 49

  • Trash Star

used the macrofactor workouts app for the first time last night, it was pretty cool. it asked me some basic questions about my current fitness level, what equipment i had access to, how long i wanted my sessions to be, how many sessions a week, any muscles i wanted to prioritize or deprioritize and then it generated a 6 week mesocycle 4 day full body program for me. i had to replace and change few movements but overall it created something that looks good to me

the library is pretty large and it has a ton of videos and really detailed descriptions but it doesn't allow you to create custom movements which kinda sucks. there was only one instance where the one i wanted wasn't available so i just picked the closest to it, not ideal but whatever

it's supposed to auto update with weight/reps every session and all that but it needs this first week to figure out my current strength level, so we'll see how it goes. i got a year of it for free since i already had a macrofactor sub so i figured i'd give it a shot

had my first workout since the app got an idea of my current strength and it was really good, definitely pushed me harder than i would've pushed myself on a typical day. it got a little ambitious on some movements so i had to adjust the weight but it also did a good job at changing the weight for the next sets if i didn't hit what it thought i was going to in the first set. excited to see what it throws at me over the rest of the week

  • man 4 plate 20 today then incline i almost pulled a muscle lol

Im not diabetic. I don’t have glucagon. When something is an agonist that means it activates those specific receptors. Diabetes medications like ozempic inhibit glucagon, Reta activates it. For healthy people that don’t have diabetes this is a good thing, this mechanism increases metabolism and fat burning.

I WAS mainly talking about type 1 not 2 i know for 2 if you take ozempic it lowers your Blood sugar and you get diabetes symptoms of low blood sugar like tiredness confusion etc i just never knew as someone who is t1 that taking it, it will have the complete opposite reaction
