    what is a good incline level and speed to tone out stomach to show abs i usually do 2.8-3.0 on incline 6.5 or 7 for about 20 mins

    if you want to tone your belly with cardio you gotta hit the wall and push past it the “runners high”

    you should pre workout gets to addicting, you rely on it too much plus the crash is crazy but yes nothing beats it

    Anyone have experience with natural test boosters? I recently ordered tongkat ali and boron. I’ve read good things about Ashwagandha too, but didn’t want to add too many supplements at once. Hoping these these will help a little on my current bulk
