Anyone have experience with natural test boosters? I recently ordered tongkat ali and boron. I’ve read good things about Ashwagandha too, but didn’t want to add too many supplements at once. Hoping these these will help a little on my current bulk

you want something like trt or supplements ?

few friends reported mildly great results from ashwaganda regarding sleep and stress levels, so im imagining that was decent help.

Hitting legs in a couple hours

Let myself go a bit the past couple years. Need to lose a good 20 lbs to be back where I was when I used to get compliments on my physique lol

Mf’s passing me up now, my lil 19 year old cousin shoulder pressing 75’s now

same here. Got around 17lbs to lose.

Mastering the art of maintaining a good physique is just as important as the journey to get there.

How much muscle work should i do to avoid skinny fat? Currently just doing crunches, inclined pull ups, balance bar. Trying to work my way up to actual pull ups and monkey bars.

just keep going for now, maybe add some more ab stuff like planks and leg raises. once you get to the pull ups you can start doing some hanging ab workouts and pull ups will be your best friend eventually as well
