    i just called them to pause the membership now i just pay $10 a month to keep my profile active and the night crew don’t care to check when i scan

    ah i see i did this once where i canceled my visa for LA Fitness and for 3 months i did not pay until one day the MOD seen me past by and said did you scan your membership i said yes and they made me do a new contract or what i use to do was i would tell them ''i forgot something in my car and i already scanned my membership'' and it worked

    So far I love it. Already seeing strength/ muscle gains, and good pumps in the gym. The mental benefits are great too. Increased confidence, motivation/drive, and overall improvement in mood. And yeah, it’s a big decision to think about

    this one dude was telling me that the supps industry is a straight scam and natural carbs and protein from real food is all you need. he even said the gym is kind of unecessary if you have a strict calathetics reigme that you can make crazy progress

    real food is always better that is common sense, and ya cals is good depending on how you wanna workout and goals too so everything he is saying is just facts and just common sense nothing surprising

  • deadlifts and back days are to much on me 2 and 30 hours is crazy

  • Got flu like a month ago and it f***ed up my progress tbh now im lifting like 10 pounds less its so frustrating
