So far I love it. Already seeing strength/ muscle gains, and good pumps in the gym. The mental benefits are great too. Increased confidence, motivation/drive, and overall improvement in mood. And yeah, it’s a big decision to think about

deadlifts and back days are to much on me 2 and 30 hours is crazy
