Dam where tf u live man
Macedonia in Europe.
The effects of climate change are real here.
Summers are getting unbearably hot,and winters are getting unbearably cold.
Not necessary or sustainable for most of the population. You will most likely feel like absolute s*** with that little carbohydrates in your diet and will most likely revert to a normal diet. That being said, you will lose more weight under a keto diet than any other diet very quickly but that will be water weight, since carbohydrates are what create the most water retention.
So yeah, I wouldn’t advise it. Just eat less if you want to lose weight don’t think of any fad diet. Rate of FAT loss is thermodynamics therefore calories in vs out and absolutely independent of what you are actually eating.
what do you think about the scholars who argue that insulin resistance is more critical to weight loss than calorie restriction/eat less exercise more?

i like how it is framed in terms of hormone regulation rather than an issue of discipline
What's your order?
I get the double chicken salad, no rice, every topping except sour cream.
I get the bowl, double chicken, extra everything, two tortillas on the side 💪
Trying to gain weight when its 40 f***ing degrees celsius outside is f***ing impossible i feel full after one glass of water F*** this s***
Yeah bulking in the summer is disastrous
Lockdown f***ed my body up but I was getting my shape back after the gyms opened back up. The governor probably gonna close them again today dawg I f***ing hate it here.

Yea I know insulin plays a crucial role but if your body is behaving in any normal range, it’s really just about cals in vs out. Sure your body will try to reduce calorie expenditure if you decrease intake, but that’s not gonna be large scale enough to stop weight loss. Well unless you just sit in the couch all day and literally choose not to do anything. Activity demands energy(calories) and therefore there’s no way insulin can inhibit fat loss if you’re at a low enough deficit and aren’t sedentary
But yea, everyone is different which is why two 6’0 200 lb guys with the same TDEE may require maybe even a hundred calorie difference to see the same weight gain/loss. But the laws of thermodynamics still do not change. Put the fork down, and the weight will drop.
It’s really that simple. For different people though it’s a bit more difficult to achieve that deficit. For example, higher insulin levels may need a slightly higher deficit, having higher amounts of fat cells is shown to have some significance, and simply the different levels of ghrelin and leptin between people.

im diabetic type 1 so i give insulin alot for example if my blood is high would that create a lot of fat in my body because you know diabetes have no insulin in the body so we decide how much to put in

Best day
Best day
On god.
I tried out this new routine like 4 weeks ago to hit legs twice a week and everything else once. Not sure if it sounds good to you but I’m liking it so far. I heard your supposed to switch programs every 6 weeks right?

Frequency depends on your goals but in general sounds fine. And you don’t necessarily need to switch so often. More so if you stop seeing progress
I also officially hit the front split and side splits the other day too
Such a good feeling
