what do you guys think about keto diet?
Not necessary or sustainable for most of the population. You will most likely feel like absolute s*** with that little carbohydrates in your diet and will most likely revert to a normal diet. That being said, you will lose more weight under a keto diet than any other diet very quickly but that will be water weight, since carbohydrates are what create the most water retention.
So yeah, I wouldn’t advise it. Just eat less if you want to lose weight don’t think of any fad diet. Rate of FAT loss is thermodynamics therefore calories in vs out and absolutely independent of what you are actually eating.

what do you guys think about keto diet?
the carb limits are ridiculous but lowering carb intake isn't a bad idea overall especially if you are sedentary and not very active. intermittent fasting and cutting sugar were the best things I took from the keto experience. but for digestive health I'd still recommend consuming carbs that help with fiber. one bad side effect of keto is frequency of bowel movements/constipation. but results are much more noticeable and quick on keto. but long term it is difficult to sustain without rigid discipline and $$$ since keto friendly products are usually more pricier and niche
