Awesome feedback, this was the most helpful out of everything I researched. From online from the people that experienced that “rattle” sound came from sweat during workouts. With that being I’m still gonna get them because the convenience use along with features make it worth the price. There’s cheaper options out there for gym earbuds I can get strictly for that.

i do cardio often because i’m cutting down right now. they fit well tho, it comes with 2 or 3 sets of the ear pod things (small medium and large) and there’s three modes, noise cancellation, regular (like the original airpods) and transparency (it listens to sounds around you and plays them back in your ear in real time so you can hear everything around you while listening to music and what not)
i used to use a amazon pair and now i mainly use these, they sound well and i never have issues with the fit or them falling out or anything

They’re sweat proof but I bet they not really designed for gym use even if you can use them there. If they really were designed that way then that basically eliminates the need for the Powerbeats Pros.

Been tracking my macros and my weight for the last 3-4 weeks and I'm not gaining just maintaining. Looks like I need to up my calories to 3k.
It's dumb easy for me to hit my protein targets on this wfpb lifestyle but bro the food is so voluminous that I'm eating like 4-5lbs of food in a day and still barely hitting 3k. Stomach stuffed to the maximum and I be eating all f***in day.
Never feel bloated or sluggish tho just physically full. Plants goated.
