    Yessir. my arms are like 17.2 rn so hopefully will hit like 19 by then, stay at the weight for a month or two, and cut back down

    S*** gym, very close to me = $42/month

    Better gym, 10 min drive (6km) depends on traffic = $10/month.

    Before ppl say to bike im looking long term cause i aint gonna do that in winter. Wont always have car whenever I feel like going

    Which one? Im thinking 42 just cause im more likely to go and i want to be consistent

    i hit 235, it’s weak but i haven’t been able to hit two plates for awhile now due to not eating enough to maintain/gain strength and then quarantine f***ed my s*** up so i’m glad i’m back up there again

    Aaaye nice bro. That's not weak really, to me. Im hovering around 150 Lol feel so pathetic my legs are weak as s***. Keepin on hitting new prs every month tho

    If I remember right u said you'll have the car usually early morning or night.

    This a good time to use working out as leverage to start waking up early imo. 42 a month for a s*** gym is pointless. Either do bodyweight stuff at home or commit to the better gym.

    Lost a extra 5 pounds post weight loss goal and I been eating 1.9-2k cal . All them calculators got me ranging at 2.2-2.3k on my active days so gonna up my intake cause anymore fat loss and I’ll be a unhealthy stick finna throw in more delicious fruits to pad it out cals .
