thinking about getting back into lifting/using weights but don’t want to go to the gym or spend hella money on equipment
is this a good full body workout I can do 2-3 times a week? my goal is def not getting big tho (tbh I care more about having my clothes fit properly more than being big/buff lol) just been getting flabby during quarantine and thinking about getting leaner while building some muscle
the most attractive thing about this workout is how quickly it can be done and how little equipment you need. Hardest part will prolly be finding a kettlebell in my area cause they seem to be sold out everywhere and online stores be charging crazy shipping fees because of the weight.

cop some resistance bands instead, lets you target more muscle groups for better gains.

Idk if I'd say better but it's definitely gonna be easier to find some bands right now, cheaper too.

Copped these strictly for the gym, have to say there are worth the $100. Nice build quality and lightweight because it’s plastic. The removable ear cups a great feature because they are washable, very important for workout headphones. The bass isn’t the best but it’s good enough, the main thing is it’s loud enough to block out all the other sounds at a public gym. If someone is looking for over the ear gym headphones I strongly recommend these.

i’m late but just started incorporating hip thrusts into my leg workouts bout to pop out double cheeked up , trying to focus more on glute work because that’s lacking right now

might have to check these out when i get some extra $$ always been an in ear person, only had beats over the ears, but the airpods pro’s havent been hitting that good lately. i hope they fix the issues i told you about before in the next gen

Definitely worth it, yeah I just don’t feel comfortable enough using the Pros day in and day out at the gym for reasons we discussed earlier. Also I just feel more comfortable with over ear headphones because they are more sturdy. Just from normal use with the Pros I could tell they would’ve fell out at the gym.

ran 4 miles this am and went straight into light weights . thank goodness i did it early because it’s nearing 90+ degrees out today .
