Look up deload weeks. Every 4 weeks or so you do a week where u do ur regular routine but at like half the weight and volume. Let's your muscles heal by giving them blood but without tearing them

lift the same weight and try to overload every 1-2 weeks if possible. that's what worked for me in terms of keeping and building muscle while cutting
and having a high protein intake, im getting at least 160-180g of protein a day usually

I take a week off every 5-6 weeks. 8 weeks max. Your body needs time to recoup or you’ll eventually snap some s*** up.
