    Dirty bulking definitely doesn’t work for my body type. Got really close to a visible six pack last summer, but decided to gain more muscle that same winter. Now I’ve ballooned from 180 to 200 lbs at 6’0 ft. I’m talking bout Ive got a legitimate muffin top. Time to get serious about my diet I gotta look good by spring. I

    Stretching and taking ZMA has helped ease soreness for me. Sleep is an obvious must as well as stretching
