    yea, i would’ve ate it earlier but as soon as i got home i opened my laptop to join a meeting i have a protein shake post workout so it curbs the appetite for a little

    Protein shakes hit good tbh, quite helpful if you're on the go and couldn't eat something for some time

    Ok the hard boiled eggs I see being nasty af lol, but tbh Ive been eating oatmeal pretty often for like 5 years now

    What do you put in your oatmeal? I bought some the other day but don’t know how to eat it

    i cant stand oatmeal man i had to eat that along with hard boiled eggs everyday for breakfast for a whole year and i find it disgusting now

    Yeah I made it up real nice with peanut butter and fruit and some seeds

    it was terrible just awful

    instantly wanted to vomit

    i just have oatmeal trauma i guess lmfaoooo

    Usually soy milk, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, peanut butter, a little cinnamon. And make sure you get rolled oats

    anyone else try fasting (via IF or not) before you workout in the morning?

    idk what it is but i have better focus and can push for way longer than usual

    Wouldn’t say I’m better per se lol. But if I workout in the morning it’s always fasted

    What do you put in your oatmeal? I bought some the other day but don’t know how to eat it

    i use rolled oats (quicker and better texture) and cook it in water. then i put mashed banana and a very generous tbsp of peanut butter. gotta put the toppings in the bowl before you pour the oatmeal tho, idk why but its just better

    you also have to play around with the ratios so dont be discouraged if it doesnt come out right the first couple times
