Usually soy milk, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, peanut butter, a little cinnamon. And make sure you get rolled oats

i use rolled oats (quicker and better texture) and cook it in water. then i put mashed banana and a very generous tbsp of peanut butter. gotta put the toppings in the bowl before you pour the oatmeal tho, idk why but its just better
you also have to play around with the ratios so dont be discouraged if it doesnt come out right the first couple times
