Honestly that should work fine. I was understating it, anything in the range of 100-500 calories/week is fine. Can’t really imagine any significant body fat % increase by this. If your maintenance calories were that low to where 300 calories is significant then I’d taper it down. Otherwise fine 👍

Bad shoulder pain in my left shoulder so I had to delay the release of chest day movie. Still heated I never got physical therapy when I broke that collarbone 10 years ago. Feeling pretty s***ty.

Thank you 🥺 I managed to do 3 sets ohp and 3 sets triceps extension with no bad pain. Not my full workout at all but feels good to do something. Have my massage therapy appt tomorrow and physical therapy on Tuesday so feeling optimistic.

I was hitting that 275 bench for 10 with ease tbh. Shoulder pain mostly gone. I just need to get consistent, haven’t worked out really in 2 weeks now. Bulked you’re to 215 after being down all the way to 189 at a point during quarantine

I used to do this when I was younger and had more stamina or whatever but not all at once
Had a pull up bar w 5 different grip positions so I would 10 pull ups using one grip, then do 20-30 push ups, then do another 10 pull ups using a diff grip, then do 20-30 push ups, etc.. x10
I’m doing something similar now since I don’t got any weights but i can barely do half the amount now prolly cause I’m old as s*** + haven’t worked out in two years lol
just been doing 5-10 pull ups, 10-20 push ups, then 8-10 squats w 20lb dumbbells lol (it’s all I have at home) then repeat for 15-20 min
Then I just use the only resistance band I have to do extra full body workout till I’m tired
Usually done within 30-45min tho

just did a dance/cardio work out in my studio with the AC on but the windows are uncovered (for natural light) and i feel like im in a oven . this Cali heatwave is NOT PLAYING .
