Gained 2lbs a week the last two weeks
Getting big lads
Sike one pound a week
Need to educate myself on diet ASAP
Been going to the gym for over 2 years now, 4-6 days a week usually and I feel like the progress I’ve made (though it’s impressive) could have been so much better if I put any thought into my diet. As a naturally skinny guy I eat a lot and aside from drinking protein shakes I haven’t made any changes to my diet since staring working out, counting calories etc. After beginner gains effect wore off I feel like my progress has been minimal. Can someone recommend some good resources for lean gains? I never followed fitness YouTube so I don’t even know which one of these guys to trust
Moved back home and been eating a lot of african food for dinner which is carb heavy, gonna cut down the carbs and hit cardio to get lean again. Just ordered some biltong too for protein snack

Not sure on resources but I had this same issue when I first started as body was ectomorph and I weighed 65kg when I'm 6'1(horrendous i know). Started eating 3 meals a day and usn anabolic shake that had more carbs than protein (Counted this as a 4th meal) and I'm now at 77kg after 4years training with significant lean mass.
Are you sure you're eating enough and calorie intake is high?
Gyms in nyc are finally allowed to open next Monday at 33% capacity.

I'm eating three meals a day + protein shake and hella snacks, my meals are so big I force myself to finish them. Don't get me wrong, I've gained around 6-7kg since I started, but that's probably also because I limit my cardio and don't play basketball that often anymore. My calories should be fine, but maybe I should focus more on getting more proteins in my diet? Idk
Today first time deadlifting since injury last year
Pulled 300 lbs for reps & almost shed a tear :,)

Dieting really the hardest part of building your body man f***
Working out gets easy after a while until you gotta expand your threshold again
