I see about 40% of people in the gym wearing a mask me included. They’ve got cleaning stations set up all over the gym. I always wipe down if I use a bench or a machine. I don’t see many people doing the same but occasionally staff will remind people to do so. I only take off my mask when I’m squatting bc I’d honestly pass out otherwise

masks are required. i personally wipe everything down before and after but some of the dirty b****es there do not. every other machine used to be closed off but it’s open now because you have to wear a mask at all times. every other cardio machine is closed off. water fountains are closed so having to fill up 3 big ass water bottles before i go in the gym is annoying af but i refuse to buy water lol

Only downside is dumbbells only go up to 65 lbs & am stuck with a fukin smith machine

My friend never wipes his equipment down and is one of those guys who thinks the virus is overhyped

Yeah 16 is the easiest try not to think about in terms of hours but rather time you eat dinner before 9 you should be fine by the time you wake up and eat breakfast
