Goat gym sesh this morning. Remember the body achieves what the mind believes guys
Okay so I figured during crunches put way too much strain on my neck so I changed my abs work plan to
Ab roll outs
Sit ups
Leg raises
Planks is this good enough? I’m at home and don’t have any equipment except for my ab wheel
I would drop the situps for something like (sounds weird I know) dead bugs. Look it up. And progress that into hollow holds. Leg raises hit or miss for me but the rest is fire. Ab wheels go hard
Goat gym sesh this morning. Remember the body achieves what the mind believes guys
Real
What supplements should i be taking?
rly just protein if u cant get enough thru ur meals
my eating schedule is so fire now man so proud of myself rn
Aye that’s fire drop the routine niggas need a good schedule right about now
I honestly don't understand why people go outta their way doing ab work that is botched or leaves them breathless and keep changing their routine and don't know what to choose from endless exercises
All you need is cable crunches and cable twists. Literally. This gonna wreak havoc on your abs and you'll never feel a contraction as intense.
Tbh these changed everything for me
You took that personally huh
say that to my face irl not online and see what happens f***er.

Ya, sorry I meant for people who go at the gym. Obviously nothing wrong with any kind of ab work at home. It's just I noticed this morning a girl finishing her wotd with 15 minutes doing 5 or 6 ab exercises and she honestly didn't seem to enjoy it at all. Idk it's a personal preference maybe but for me there's more efficient ways to go bout it
Feeling kinda bored and never really posted a progression kinda post anywhere so why not do it now. Might receive some opinions, might inspire guys that are in similar journeys like mine.
I started working out last year for my first time ever. Skinny to muscular was the goal. I started at exactly 54kg/119lbs at 5ft9 (180cm). Needless to say, I was really, really skinny and I had reached insecurities that were just life poisoning. Whenever I stripped in front of a girl, no matter how reassuring they were, I just felt embarrassed. I felt insecure while clothed and layered up, let alone whenever I had to be shirtless. One day I just went to the closest gym around me and I subscribed not knowing a god damn thing. I had to research everything from dieting to proper exercises. I worked out for 8 months non stop before Rona hit. Never skipped a day. I went from 54kg to 71kg/119lbs to 151lbs. A lot of mistakes were committed and I only fixed them late in my journey. Had a bro split (ew) for like 6 months. I didn't squat and deadlift till late. My form on some exercises were troublesome. I only got it together after six months and that's when I could say I really knew what I was doing. Like I've said, I worked out for 8 months and then Rona hit and some s*** happened too which led me to depression and I quit working out for nearly 5 months. I have only resumed working out two weeks ago.
Believe it or not, in 5 months dropped from 72 to 56kg. Which basically meant I had to start from scratch again. My diet in these last five months has been HORRIBLE. No protein intake, no nothing. Sometimes I'd go two days with barely eating anything. And I did not perform not even a single pushup. But here's the catch! While I dropped to my initial weight again, my BODY STRUCTURE is absolutely night and day different from what it was at the same weight last year.
I honestly thought over the past few months I'd lost everything and kept getting depressed over it but the truth is, I didn't. While I did lose a lot (especially shoulders (my strongest area), arms and legs) but I still somehow kept a silhouette.
KTT TELLS ME THERE IS A CHARACTER LIMIT SO LOOK AT THE POST BELOW
Here's a linear progression:
Bench press: 2018-2019 > 20kg to 100kg / post-break, current: 1RM 70kg
Deadlift: 2018-2019 > 70kg to 140kg / post-break, current: 1RM 95kg
Squat: 2018-2019 > 20kg to 120kg / post-break, current: 1RM 80kg.

I don't have a picture of when I first started but this is the closest and gives a good idea tbh. Sorry I don't have good pic skills and have to get myself a long mirror (i'm just lazy smh) so yea.

Alright, there you go. I've learned a lot over the past year and a half. My only regrets are not starting earlier and dropping everything for four months. But it's aight. I don't mind grinding again. As an extreme "ectomorph" or someone with a high metabolism, not everything is so dark & grey as some people think it is. Yeah, we have to eat a s*** ton more than regular people to gain some size, but on the other hand... staying lean for us isn't even a sweat. I get to eat whatever I want and still barely get any fat storage, and even when I do get any, losing it is just as easy.
Hitting the gym changed my life tbh in so many ways. So yeah kings keep lifting them weights. <3

Yea people tend to weird out over abs. Just need like 3 exercises n u good. Something isometric, something with a twisting/sidebend type action, and a forward 'crunch' type movement. A lot of mfers don't have any abs because their diet trash tho

Thanks bro, hopefully I can get there soon enough again.
You rarely think in hindsight so at the time I didn't put anything into perspective. It's only now I realize I got pretty strong lol. Then again, I'm just happy I'm not starting from absolute scratch again

I just eat every two hours or so bro
all good s*** no od sugar or fats and i save the carbs and fats for after i work out
just got some
going to try it out
chances are pretty slim but its still worth considering that there might be a link between accumulative creatine consumption and increases in dht - which is basically the hormone responsible for hairloss. tbh, if you have any aggressive recession in the family i wouldnt even risk taking it, but thats just me
