Doing physical therapy for my shoulder so I'm doing like 20% of my usual lifting routine. Keeping my diet clean tho and doing all the exercises and stretches my PT has given me. Hopefully I'll be back and stronger than before asap.

How are you folks working out with these guidelines?
My gym finally opens up Wednesday and they just posted guidelines for the gym and I was wondering how’s that going to work out lol

I bring a towel and antibacterial wipes to wipe down everything before I use it

Whenever I link up with mates we do some casual drinking. My diet has been on point but it’s the bottle man. I’m not getting blackout pissed or anything but I do well did drink pretty often

Nah in nyc we got strict guidelines. Everyone must be 6 feet apart, limit their workouts because gym can only operate at 33% capacity. Everyone must wear a mask and temperature checks are done at the entrance.

I’m skeptical because the only reviews come from the official website but I will do more research. If not my home workouts are perfectly fine without it but I do travel quite a bit (before the pandemic at least) and that would be perfect

its not as hard as you’d think. i’m used to it now. my mask i can breathe out the sides so it helps

Yea s*** be mad complicated when ur not at a gym tbh. Also I’m looking for good arms and legs workouts without equipment I mean I have some resistance bands but it’s only built for 2lbs
