    Jesus squats deads every workout? DOMs kills me so bad once a week is enough for me. But yeh mine is 3mile walk which takes me about 40min, always end up bookIng uber on those days looool

    I do a 3 day split with 2 different workouts. So Monday workout ‘A’ Wednesday ‘B’ Friday ‘A’. A has squats B has deads.

    You shouldn’t be getting DOMs after about a month MAX of doing an exercise. Are you new to lifting?

    Yea you’re probably doing very high volume. Start doing s high intensity lower volume workouts focusing on compounds. Like 5-7 reps with 3 working sets. If you put the intensity(weight) high enough you’ll grow like s***. If you’re s natural lifter this is the best way to get big. That high volume s*** is best for steroid or sarms users. Getting DOMs after five years is a very bad sign bro, you’ve probably been overtraining

    If you’re seeing gains and enjoy it more than low volume then you all good G. But yea with low volume you gotta really push yourself weight(intensity) wise to feel like u did anything. I do 3 x 5 on compounds but best believe I feel like passing out after every set. 5 reps of your “6-7ish rep max” for 3 sets will have you going through it. The problem with low volume is most people won’t use a high enough weight, it should be something that you’re struggling to get 5 reps on after one set. My boy used to be the same way talking about I don’t do enough volume but he finally tried my workout in the gym with me and didn’t go for the next week but after that started seeing better gains.

    You really my son. we got like the same physique (similar body fat I’m prolly like 3% leaner) but I’m like 10 lbs lighter, so u got some muscle on me

    lol get at it fam u can easily pack another 5 lbs of muscle

    thing is about bulking is u look p good with a shirt on. take that b**** off and u look like ur in ur 3rd trimester

    Arent u vegan? How u handle ur protein? U ripped?

    I'd love to go vegan too but protein is my main issue tbh especially since I just got through a ill period in my life and literally lost all my muscle mass, it seems like the worst time to go vegan

    Especially since I also have 2 disc herniations which hurt like hell since I havent really exercised in like 2 years and want to gain muscle ASAP so it stops hurting

    Difficulty of getting protein as a vegan is pretty overrated. They got tofu that has like 80g protein per block lol

    i peaked a while ago gym wise and i havent worked out since the gyms closed in march lol. currently looking for a new gym since my old one is really expensive for the little amount of machines and space they have.

    but yeah its really easy to reach your daily protein intake on a vegan diet. beans, tofu, seitan, nuts, lentils, soy milk etc are packed with protein. there´s also vegan protein powder if thats your thing. watch Game Changers on Netflix if u have the time. James Wilks, who created the docu was able to defend every single claim he made on the joe rogan pod
