I quit about 6 months ago. Idk... I guess as I am getting older I just feel like anyone over the age of 22 that has big muscles looks kinda funny. Like what are you compensating for?

my progress is a lot slower than one of my close friends who gains muscle hella fast
discourages me a bit but keep in mind its a marathon not a sprint
