Hadn't practiced any sports for almost 3 but managed to get my butt to the gym 3 times this week.
Hopefully I can get into a routine again
For anyone that works 40+ hours a week and work out consistently, how do you manage it?

Commit to going to early mornings or right after work

Im usually really tired after work so early morning seems ideal. So just working out lightly in the early mornings is the way to go?
Get more calorie dense foods. Peanut butter, chia seeds, idk there are others. And just have them with you all the time at your desk or whatever

yes sir
anybody consistently do boxing?
Once I settle into my new place I’m signing up for boxing
when you a beginner and on mass gainer you literally see gains daily
wish you boys could be seein what i see
everyday I make a shake with these things (mostly eyeball all measurements except the oats)
Oats (1 cup) put in blender first and make it into powder
Full fat greek yogurt (thick tablespoon)
Natural peanut butter (thick tablespoon)
Eggwhites (pour out like 2 tbls worth)
2 scoops of Whey Protein (vanilla)
Some fruit/berries for flavor (i.e. Banana, blueberries)
Fill the rest of the space with WHOLE milk. (or whatever almond milk etc)
That s*** will be like roughly 1000 cal and like 80+ grams of protein. Drink half after breakfast and half after coming back from the gym.
So I usually go to the gym Monday, Friday and Saturday, and I feel like I need to skip today, because of the amount of work I have to do this week. Should I skip today or not. I feel so bad, I have been going hard for 2 months now.
