How frequently y'all work on abs
I try to do mine like every other session but I feel like I'm not seeing as much results
Could it be my diet too? The only potentially "bad" things I'm consuming are putting a serving of coffee creamer in my coffee every morning and consuming significant amount of carbs to fulfill my calorie requirement.

tips for bulking?
Lookup calorie calculators online. You’ll usually input age,height, weight, activity level, think something else and it gives you a few numbers. First is nasal metabolic rate which is kinda like the calories you need to maintain basic human function.
Then there’s a number of calories that would be your maintenance. According to the info you put above if you maintained eating this certain level of calories you would stay at the same weight you inspired. To bulk, go 300-400 calories more than that number. Don’t need to go any higher really.
Sorry if that was a lot but that’s basically it. If you wanted to cut, you go 300-400 below that number

Yeah genetics comes into play but for the most part people are just too fat to see them and think they're a lower body fat % than they actually are
you don't even need to "train" abs for them to show if you actually work out tbh
went climbing yesterday at this "beginner friendly" crag about 1 1/2 hours north of me
lots of crack climbing which is super technical and pretty painful because you basically just shove a finger/hand/fist/elbow/knee/etc. into the crack and flex to create enough friction that you can place the next "jam" and then so on and so forth
I'm feeling mad sore in my whole body especially my back and legs since I also carried the rope in and out
cant wait to get out to another crag soon this a goated way to stay fit I already love it and plus I have a great body for climbing
