Meaning that a scoop has less protein than it is advertised.
For instance if one scoop is said to have 21g of protein in reality it's around 16 or less

I try not to rely heavily on shakes anymore for my protein intake. They’re just for breakfast and post workout. Also 3-5g of protein ain’t gonna do s*** in the bigger picture. I’d rather cop the $65 11lb bag than the $60 5lb tub I used to cop at VS even if each scoop MIGHT contain lower than advertised

U can literally get sufficient protein from almost any non-vegan diet unless you’re eating at a decent deficit.

It won’t. There’s a ton of scientific evidence that protein intake sees diminishing returns very quickly. After 1.5 body weight in grams of protein it’s basically useless and you’re just consuming extra calories

I try to do mine like every other session but I feel like I'm not seeing as much results
Could it be my diet too? The only potentially "bad" things I'm consuming are putting a serving of coffee creamer in my coffee every morning and consuming significant amount of carbs to fulfill my calorie requirement.
If every other sesh means 2-3x a week you’re good. Abs way more about being low fat than any kind of crazy strength training
