    1.You can find many body fat %s on google, but the most accurate way is to go to a doctor. Here is a link to one https://www.calculator.net/body-fat-calculator.html
    2. It will be hard to eat a lot; especially healthy foods that tend to be boring to the taste, but just let your visualization of what you want to look like motivate you. You can even create a vision board.
    3. Sleep is mandatory. You will be stunting muscle growth. Get as much as you need. Doctors say eight hours but as long as you feel rested, your good. Try to get at least 6 in.
    4. Protein shakes aren't needed, but if you have problems getting enough protein/calories in your diet, they are amazing. I suggest vanilla as they taste the best without a weird aftertaste. I also would advice putting peanut butter and oatmeal in a blender with the protein shakes, a milk/almond milk. This is what I did and it made getting those extra calories/protein easy and tasty.

    You can, but it probably won't be as accurate. What you can also do is wrap and tie a string or cord around the body part, cut where the ends meet, and measure with a standard ruler or an object that you know the measurement of.

    i just got the Renpho Body Fat Scale off Amazon for $28, my first smart scale was a weight watchers one for like $50. they’re kinda up there depending on which you get but they’re worth it. it’s the only way i’ve been able to accurately track my progress, i’ve lost 30ish pounds since late may/early june and gotten my muscle % back up along with losing body fat.

    the Renpho one has a detailed app that lists (estimates of) your measurements like body fat, muscle mass, lean body mass etc. just take the measurements with a grain of salt because no scale is gonna be 100% accurate, but it gives a good benchmark to go off of if you’re trying to progress and like to see data

    walking is still good i was standing and walking a lot in my other job for 8 hrs it helps

    Honestly it's a blessing, when I was confined, I was knee deep in depression and didn't do s*** and still lost weight so easily

    This is why my diet has been super super flexible and still works with not too much fat gained. So I'm willing to take advantage of this and bulk up till satisfied then cutting would be much much easier for me than gaining weight. Sounds weird but I really can't wait till I cut in calories. I don't enjoy eating this amount of food tbh.

    Mind muscle connection must be weak, you need to keep your traps in check as much as possible. Try Egyptian lateral raises

    Stretch your traps beforehand on your push days

    You'll notice a difference in your neck getting stiff with this for sure.

    Keep in mind however that no matter what you do you won't be able to keep your traps from working. It's just mechanical. The goal is to minimize it and let the shoulders do most of the work

    Another queue that worked for me is not to hold on firmly on the dumbbell. It needs to be light on the palm of your hands and fingers and just raise it till you feel the shoulder tense
