Hopped on this thread for some advice a while back & it’s really helped- lost 10lbs over the past month, using dumbbells to build my arms/shoulders/chest from home (scared of gyms cause rona) and running 3 days a week!

yea imo wear a mask man or do it from home iv been doing it from home since march and it takes me like 2 hours to work out
