you should just make mass gainer from home ingredients if you got a nice blender. healthier and prolly cheaper
How
Bro I thought I had my macros down but weighed myself this morn and I'm down 0.2kg from last week despite the same exact calories putting me up 0.2kg the previous week wtf
only guess is that the restaurants i'm ordering from have less calories in their meals than what's on their website

You gained strength right? You probably losing fat don't stress. Unless you already lean.

Yeah I'm def getting stronger but I don't really wanna risk losing weight at all cause I'm paranoid of losing muscle lol, I'm around 16.5% bf

Man you're good lol, plenty of people have leaned up and gained muscle at the same time especially those on the higher fat %. I would only worry if you stall or lose strength.

Man I'm at the opposite end, skinny but still gaining strength at a considerable paste. I'm going to gain fat it is what it is I just hope it isn't excessive

Do you know your maintenance calories/TDEE? if you're eating at ~250 cals over you wont gain much fat at all whilst still gaining muscle

My TDE is like like 2600 I believe l, was eating 3000 for a while, and now I bumped up to 4000 just to see if my strength and recovery improve.
Probably going to cut down if I see excessive fat gain
Gyms closed up again here in Europe, back to home sessions
.
Anyone got a decent programme for home workouts? I have a pull up bar, dumbbells (up to 65 lbs) and push up bars. Thinking about doing a push/pull routine 5x a week

Just crazy how sleep plays an important role in your performance
Last week I had one of the smoothest lifting performances I could ask for. Yesterday, got in my feelings again and slept like s***. 4,5 hours at best and woke up in the middle, too.
Working squat sets which are usually not a big deal felt like hell on earth today.
