depends how far along you are.

went from from 1-2 rest days a week to light activity now on rest days (not lifting but some form of cardio or boxing/sports)

Uspped calories to aprox 4030, I'm skinny 6'2" but my job involves TONS of stairs and walking so I think it's justified

It worked for me tbh. Only thing is that you’re gonna be super bloated. Makes you feel like s*** so use at your own peril

What brand you get, GNC 1340 + lactose free milk has kept bloating at a minimum for me

For me the hardest workout to learn was the Pendlay Row, took more almost 2 months to do it properly.

I was stuck at 80lbs for at eternity, now my back muscles actually feel sore after doing them.

No worries. Noobieb gains come a bit quick so you won’t have to wait long. If you feel a decent pump during your workout you know you did good.

It's crazy to me how positive the fitness community are, people really be supportive while another people who ain't lifted a dumbell in their life really trying to drag you down with them

  • Oct 25, 2020

You gonna have to try harder than that

Get a gym membership. Follow a solid newbie program with mostly compound lifts. Recommend “starting strength”, “strong lifts 5x5” or any derivatives of those.

On those programs you’ll be in the gym 3 times a week realistically
