LOL Deadlifting in 2020, you must be young. Everyone I know ever who had injuries working out did from Deadlifting. You can have a massive back without Deadlifting, it is imo the riskiest exercise you can do.
Not even imo. Just don’t lift more than you can handle and maintain good form.
I just keep increasing the weight until failure. I don’t stop at 3 sets either.

nah fam you got it wrong, if you throw them fake weights on your deadlifts you'll wrap that sesh in no time
