buy weights man as i have been saying here for months incase so you dont lose what yu have man and follow the videos i have not been to a gym since march but i do it at home

Phones damn near need to be banned in gyms. Ppl sitting at racks and machines on their phones for 10+ minutes just sitting there not even lifting

Yeah for sure, I switched up to mixed and have yet to try chalk or straps either. Probably gonna try out next year, my grip strenght could be better but Iβve seen some people actively train that but no experience on that

if ur doing this then its another way you cant really do heavy with this im guessing never did DL like that only the other way
