You go to a chain gym? or just your local one. I go to LA Fitness and it's already annoying that there isn't adequate equipment for everyone smh

No, but I'm pretty much just planning on overhauling my entire routine and doing more stuff with the barbell now. Tbh, I've never even done legit bench press, always used dumbbells.
My god! I finally was able to do 135lb on the bench!!!
Finally a full plate on each side

You do a 5x5 with bench?
You do a 5x5 with bench?
Here's my routine
Workout A
Squat 3x5
Bench 3x5
Pendlay Rows 3x8
Face Pulls 3x10
Calf raises 2x15/Tricep pressdowns 2x10 Superset
Workout B
Front Squat 3x5
Overhead Press 3x5
Romanian Deadlift 3x8
Lat Pulldowns 3x8 (any grip)
Ab work 2x15/Bicep curls 2x10 Superset
Substituted lat pull for bent over row
Substituted face pulls for reverse flyes
Substituted tricep press down with barbell tricep extension
Because I'm doing bent over and pendlay row, there's a huge improvement to my back musculature.
I added in lateral raises today

So you on that full body workout huh, I'm still on PPL even 3 months in and it's working good for me, though my workouts been getting longer. I'll try 3x5 instead of 5x5 with my bench and squats since it's getting very difficult for me and struggling to finish my sets all the way through.
I'm glad you're progressing though
