So you on that full body workout huh, I'm still on PPL even 3 months in and it's working good for me, though my workouts been getting longer. I'll try 3x5 instead of 5x5 with my bench and squats since it's getting very difficult for me and struggling to finish my sets all the way through.

I used to do high bar squat, switched to low bar and it was much easier to move the weight
However it hurts my wrists, but they feel fine rn.

Just eyeballing. No body fat testers are accurate anyway. Dexa etc all give very varying results. Going based on examples ive seen on others
