    So you on that full body workout huh, I'm still on PPL even 3 months in and it's working good for me, though my workouts been getting longer. I'll try 3x5 instead of 5x5 with my bench and squats since it's getting very difficult for me and struggling to finish my sets all the way through.

    I'm glad you're progressing though

    Yeah man my bench started off 80lbs

    My squat started off at 115lbs

    Lift big eat big gain big.

    Meanwhile during the 3 months I've been lifting I only made slight progress, one of my mistakes was not pushing myself enough

    Glad I realized it sooner than later

    I started in August skipped September and did October and November so 3 months

    Current bench is 135 3x 5
    Current squat is 170 3x5 consistent diet was my biggest issue

    Ah my bench is around the same, but squats I'm at 160. You made faster progress than me

    However it hurts my wrists, but they feel fine rn.

    Low bar squats look like it hurts

    Gotta try that though, my wrists are terrible at s*** like that. Anyway I'm about to head out and lift

    Yea exactly. Google has him at 5’9 180 and I’d say hes 10% body fat. I’m 5’11 195 and about 17% bf rn.

    Just eyeballing. No body fat testers are accurate anyway. Dexa etc all give very varying results. Going based on examples ive seen on others
