Anyone's chest still sort of flabby after lifting for a while. My upper chest is all tightened and muscular but my lower chest is still flabby. I've gone from 150lbs training max to 185lbs right and lower chest still flabby. I can still be bean dipped. Will this end up more muscular if I just keep progressive overloading bench and eating well.
