    100 push ups and 25 push ups with weight on one arm is good enough for upper body daily. hand stand push ups for back, abs is obvious.

    I wake up often throughout the night, but I always get back to sleep. Is this ok, or do I need 7 hours of CONTINUOUS sleep for gains?

    My sleep is trash and I still get gains, don't worry about.

    I barely sleep at all

    Same bro I try to at least do 100 + push ups and sit ups a day in different time frames

    Recently ordered resistance bands to so I can’t wait to incorporate that with my workouts

    daily routine is 100 push ups, and then 25 push ups where I put all my weight on one arm.

    Sit ups for abs, those sit down push ups to change up the pace too. and hand stand push ups for back. (not daily but once a week or so)

    Ego lifters all gonna meet the consequences some day. Feel bad for them tbh

    Straight dropped like 160lbs from my squat to work my way back up with good form. Was on path to three plates but could feel knees buckling and form going to s***. Starting ground up again on squats with good form.
