100 push ups and 25 push ups with weight on one arm is good enough for upper body daily. hand stand push ups for back, abs is obvious.

I wake up often throughout the night, but I always get back to sleep. Is this ok, or do I need 7 hours of CONTINUOUS sleep for gains?
My sleep is trash and I still get gains, don't worry about.

Straight dropped like 160lbs from my squat to work my way back up with good form. Was on path to three plates but could feel knees buckling and form going to s***. Starting ground up again on squats with good form.
