I wake up often throughout the night, but I always get back to sleep. Is this ok, or do I need 7 hours of CONTINUOUS sleep for gains?

Straight dropped like 160lbs from my squat to work my way back up with good form. Was on path to three plates but could feel knees buckling and form going to s***. Starting ground up again on squats with good form.

started with just one plate in july when gym reopened just made my way back up to two plates this week. Good form makes a huge difference f***ing wild, going down all the way hitting legs so much more.

I skipped up by 5lbs early on my pendlay row, and my form suffered

I usually prefer to workout at night but depending on my schedule for the day I put in work early in the day, I don’t think it really matters as long as you put that work in.

do cardio high intense training have a day to do this though
