One little thing I noticed is ever since I started doing Romanian deadlifts properly, my squat progression has become MUCH EASIER
I was using my back instead of my hamstrings and glutes. Did 180 today and was surprised at how easy it was.

Thankfully my home workouts do include leg but it's a calisthenic workout that kills you

That leads to muscle imbalances, and possible bicep tear. Use double overhand until grip strength is a limiting factor, then use the hook grip or lifting straps
