    People in the gym don't squat where I live.

    All chest no legs looking ass niggas

    I remember earlier this year on a radio show this chick ghosted a dude because he had chicken legs

    Leg days are super important, other wise be prepared to wear pants all the time

    Facts, I couldn't imagine looking like that, but you see plenty of people like that in the gym.

    One little thing I noticed is ever since I started doing Romanian deadlifts properly, my squat progression has become MUCH EASIER

    I was using my back instead of my hamstrings and glutes. Did 180 today and was surprised at how easy it was.

    I'd like to head back to the gym but the facilities around me are closed down for now

    Thankfully my home workouts do include leg but it's a calisthenic workout that kills you

    It's pure hinge movement. Alan Thrall explains it perfectly

    Basically don't drop your hips when doing RDL and bend over until you feel your hamstrings stretched.

    i dont do deadlifts with both hands like that i do one with a under hand on my weaker arm whats that called

    That leads to muscle imbalances, and possible bicep tear. Use double overhand until grip strength is a limiting factor, then use the hook grip or lifting straps

    I had muscle imbalances only from two months of doing, I went to double overhand and now everything is back to normal

    so do dead lifts like this? i was told doing it like i mentioned is ok because its balanced thats why also working out from home not the gym since march you think its back the muscle balance?

    Yes deadlift like he described

    Hell no they're wrong, mixed grip will lead to shoulder imbalances. This is known.
