bro if you commit to a bulk you'd look aesthetic af. you're already lean so that isn't a problem, more mass across your entire physique would have you look lookin like an ox

I think my lats are a genetic weak point. they don't want to pop that much despite working em hard. I'll still go dumb hard on em too though

I've been bulking for a whole year my man I'm tired as f*** tbh. I'm going to finish my current programme and see where to take it from there. It has become increasingly difficult to gain weight. I have a fast metabolism which as you can see allowed me to bulk for a whole year with little fat. But I'm already eating an unholy amount of food and I'm plateauing hard on weight gain.
I still have a month to finish my current routine and will try to get as much size as possible but then I'll cut to lower and adjust my caloric intake. Then I'll bulk up again.

i've been bulking since i started lifting in 2016 lol. i'm currently 72kg at 5'11 and wanna get to around 80 or so and depending on if i feel like cutting or not i might
heavy dumbbell rows are my go to for lats tbh. also, weighted pull ups do wonders.

same stats here but I'm shorten than you by two inches, I'm 5'9 or 10 idk the imperial system
currently weighing 70kg. I think 80 is the sweet spot for you to get as much size as possible and cut down from there. I'm tryna reach 75-77 and then cut down to 70-68. Getting even leaner than this would make me look dumb shredded tbh. Can't wait to get there.
f***in chicken ass legs don't want to hear anything about it though. I went dumb hard on them, having two leg days a week with impeccable form and alternate light/heavy weight and still look frail as s***. f***ing bs. To add insult to injury, my hams and butt developed super well, like give me a break.
