doesn't seem like it's much of an issue for you
I saw that p**** gif the girl sent you on the tinder thread player
in good shape rn but tryna get ripped up too
Gonna go a little less than body weight, not trying to injury myself
Gotta make sure my form is good and build from there
The creatine will def help even with bodyweight exercises
.
No question, I started doing bodyweight exercises lately specifically with legs and I was sweating like a motherfucker
They're more difficult and work you out more, but not beginner friendly imo

Yea they’re more athletic and require more endurance. Wont build muscle as fast or as efficient but will definitely have you leaning out faster than weights

Good stuff
Have no choice but to continue with these....
it's the opposite, you increase water retention while taking it and it decreases when you stop
besides creatine's water retention is unlike sodium's water retention, it doesn't go to the skin but it goes to the muscle tissue which is why it gives the impression of fuller muscles.
creatine is the only must have supplement in terms of what you cannot get in terms of food. all the rest is useless or unnecessary.
you will lose the strength you gained with creatine though that's the only downside of creatine but it's not even important. it's cheap and safe as f***, you can take it for life safely.
dudes who are prone to hair loss are the only people at risk with creatine
ok i see i use to take purple k i took it once only then stopped because im diabetic, being diabetic if you get creatine in your kidneys you can get kidney dialyses which is so bad, so i just to be careful and safe i stopped taking it only thing i take now is bcaa when i work out
Did farmer's walk at 200lbs which is my body weight.
Absolutely brutal exercise, especially on the hands.
My hands are about to be on some farmer s***, don't matter rn because I'm probably not going to get into a relationship until a just over a year from now. In my current state I am below average I presume

sorry about that fam
I'm no doctor nor specialist but a quick research and feedbacks say that diabetic lifters saw improvement or no difference at all. some have seen lower blood sugar levels but that's about it.
as long as you're drinking enough water I think you're safe to use it. also I don't know whatp urple K is but whenever you choose a creatine, pick the one that has "creapure" branding on it.

purple k is a ceatin i think it comes in pill form also im type 1 if that makes a difference i know how to manage my blood sugar while working out its hard though if your blood goes low and your working out it ruins everything pump, lift no energy also working out at home so not much i can do compared to a gym for what i can do, but ty for looking it up and telling me what you read on it

You reminded me, I think I was supposed to activate my traps while doing farmers walk
messed up my wrist using too heavy of a weighted rope and this s*** sucks
hurts just doing simple s*** around the house even with the brace on smh
french toast is such a bulking cheat code
IMO, bagels are.
Two is 103g of carbs
I had two bacon egg and cheese bagels, and two more cinnamon raisin bagels with strawberry flavor cream cheese for breakfast.
212g of carbs off the bat
Two more will bring me to 318g, the rest of my carbs will come from a half gallon of milk.
It's so easy infact I have completely abandoned my mass gainer.

i find them difficult to eat tbh and they're high in fibre so they satiate me for long af

Mass gainers are completely unnecessary, known for having lots of sugar and makes you gain extra fat too. Eating food and maybe having a whey after working is the way to go

The cinnamon raisin bagels lightly toasted go down easy and quickly for me.
I use Lidl brand bagels. The sweeter ones seem to be less dense and lighter imo.
I highly recommend doing heavy farmers walk. For the first time ever I have DOMS even into the very interior of my last.
They say beginners should do half their body weight, I did at first and it felt like a joke lol
Went bodyweight farmer's walk and it worked my lats better than any rowing exercise so far.
But the exercise is so taxing on the body I can probably only do it 1x a week tbh.
Going to go up by 10lbs next Wednesday and keep adding weight until I reach platue.
