How to get abs that come out? If u know what i mean, my abs only really visible when i bend over slightly
When i play ball summer/spring they are always there, should i just do cardio during winter or what?
Either drop bf% or brace/engage your core intentionally to build core muscles
I'm skinny as hell and kinda self conscious about my long neck... I've read that working on your traps and shoulders will help with this, so gonna start working out. Any advices on a good workout/diet routine for a skeleton like me ?
Good lad. Not sure much on diet, if you're quite skinny then you can pretty much eat anything as you probably have a decent metabolism. For execises if you're new to the gym you probably wanna use the machines and then once you're comfortable move to the free weights. Eventually you wanna be doing mostly free weights. For traps / shoulders you don't wanna overlook training back, exercises like low row, lat pulldown, pull ups, T-Bar row will help you out man. Eventually you can move to deadlifts
, they will really help you out man.

Can you just link me a good article or provide me with nutritional fundamentals for someone trying to gain strength?
Also, can I get a link to a good beginner level workout?
I’ve become a fat f*** in the three years I’ve been out of high school and sports ended. But I bought a gym membership again last week.
I f***ing hate it though, like I’ve been going everyday doing 30 minutes of cardio and an hour on the weights. It’s not the physical discomfort I hate, I just find it extremely boring.
I’m not sure if it’s the workouts I’m doing because I used to be able to love working out when it was for basketball or another sport I was playing.

You're welcome. Smash it mate. See if you can get yourself in a routine, that is the easiest way to create a habit. If you want results then you have to stick at it, even in the days you don't want to go gym.

See if you can mix up your programme. Incorporate super sets or maybe some HIIT. If you truly miss training for a sport you may have to take one up again, be it football or martial arts. You can also just lose weight by counting your calories and eating slightly less. Say 100 - 300 less than you're requiring, yes it will be difficult but this way you will be loosing good weight.

Idk bout whole routines but two movements you would be STUPID not to include is OHP, Standing DBOHP, and shrugs.
For shrugs, make sure you bend over a bit, engage the core, and then move into the normal shrugging movement.
This will allow for your entire Trapezius to be engaged in the movement rather than just the upper traps
