Idk how long you been working out or whatnot but I’m 5’8 and weighed like 147 or so when I started and I’m up to 166 finally (after 3 years of mostly consistent working out). Just keep eating dude. I’m tryna get to 175 and then maintain weight and drop bf once I get there. I think the best thing is eat carbs and fats, you’ll put on weight. For me, hitting the protein macro is never hard cause of shakes and stuff

Once i'm satisfied with my physique can I basically stop progressive overload, far ways out from ideal body but weights are starting to get heavy and don't know how long I can keep doing this for. Hit one plate one rep max on OHP already but not really satisfied with my shoulders. One plate was always the goal but now i don't really know what to do.
try free weights it helps an before that do free weights with one hand it will help you

tell me if i am right in calorie intake because i usually dont eat around 2000 carbs a day like some ppl do here so my breakfast is
egg whites, oatmeal with Greek yogurt,honey, cinnamon, and i eat a bowl of fruit with a bit of chocolate milk
lunch is around 2 and half or sometimes 3 pieces of chicken, OJ, piece of bread with the chicken a handful of nuts sometimes almonds,etc and a tangerine now for dinner i sometimes eat around 845 pm so i dont eat alot of carbs since its to late so i eat like chicken or fish, a bowl of vegetables, and a bowl of rice [the bowl size is not big i would say around 4-7 spoon fulls thats it
i think also imo i am toning down a lot more since i dont have access to a gym but just using up to 52 adjustable weights resit bands and a pull up bar let me know what you think i should do or change also before i forget to i am diabetic type 1 i also take insulin so the insulin has to match the food so i dont go to high or to low

lol man feels like school watching this video i do a lot of the things mentioned in the video, just 2 things 1, i dont take whey protein since i stopped going to the gym because i eat dinner right after i work out but again i eat alot of protein in my diet and limited my car b intake, 2 i dont use cretin because it messes with ppl who are type 1 diabetic i took 1 pill last time 1 before working out an 1 after an it started to drop my blood sugar so i have been avoiding it, my cardio though i go for like walks for about 40 mins some days then 1 day through out the whole week a bike for 30 mins, also i do conditioning workouts as well an workout 2 hours an 30 mins usually at home since it takes longer to feel the workout i do about 4 sets and try do to about 15 reps remember i dont have a gym i am working at home using up to 52 adjustable weights so lol sorry for righting you a novel you seem more knowledgeable on this then me so any help you can give me or advice please share it with me ty]

so here is a story about me benching my uncle had this bench at home i wanted to use it now at the time i was fairly new to lifting still so the bench is not like the ones at the gym that has the 3 levels where you can put back the bar when your done lifting there is only 1 place to put it back which is on top, so i was done i was putting the bar back on top and i miss the hooks and the bar fell over the bench an i heard something snap it was sore as f*** for a week man if i were you if its still sore ice it ten minutes with cold relax another 10, then relax, then another 10 all with ice patch do it for a few days an you should be ok

Subtract 250
That number is the calories to eat every day for as long as you wanna recomp
Keep protein high. Like 1-1.2lbs per pound of BW
You will recomp. Pay attention to the mirror and pics, don’t expect the scale to move any, if at all.

I'm not a scholar on this by any means but you should just find what calories you maintain at (this can take some time) and follow what the video says imo. You seem to eat pretty clean which is good

I'm not entirely sure what you sayin here but it seems you got a good routine going broski. I also dropped the creatine after some weird heart fluttering the next day but idk if it was just coincidence. I do want to try it again in the future cause mfs get nice results with it

agreed on the cretin i might take it when s*** gets back to normal an when gyms re open back up, what i was saying for me was that being diabetic type 1 i took 1 pill instead of the 4 recommended pills it saids to take, it lowered my blood sugar while working out and i took one after when i was done and lol it still lowered my blood sugar again so for now i am staying away from it

In practice I feel like 2500 might be my maintenance (from attempting to bulk at that level and not gaining any weight)
