this might not be the right place, but man i really miss the gym and working out.
i am feeling down, lost, anxious about my health and wellbeing.
i go running, i've been using the fiit app, but more and more im losing my motivation. lockdown needs to end soon.
Stay encouraged family. Maybe look into purchasing some equipment to get you back active? In ca some private gyms stayed open through this whole thing so maybe check into the smaller more privately owned gyms around your area

I live in England and they’re shutting down private gyms as well.
I got a 14kg kettle bell for HIIT, and dumbbells. Plus I run 10km when I can. The dumbbells trash though. I need a bench and heavier weights.

Lowkey I feel you about the gym, the one I go to is still closed and while home workouts can be effective, working out at the gym feels much better. Like you said you could meet people, more access to equipments, etc.
been closed for a year well pretty much over here in canada i got s*** before things started closing down, but see if you can get s*** but i feel you in what you said mentally it gets to you

Depends what kind of cardio. What kind? What intensity? That’ll dictate it cuz u don’t want to mess up your recovery
I do one of those stepper machine coz I have several back injuries which dont allow me to do other things yet
I put the intensity on 8 🤷🏽♂️

I’d say you’d benefit doing it immediately after finishing the lifting sessions, 2 times a week then build up to 3 from there. If you do the cardio on rest days it could slow into your recovery/progress
Edit: just read you’re already doing more than 2 days, yeah keep them on your training days and keep building up from there
And if you find yourself wanting to add more days, just make certain sessions longer than others and you’ll get the same effect
