Found a spot on the job to do some pullups and them b****es hittin.

Can't praise 531 enough. Progress I made with it on all my lifts has been spectacular.

531 is unreal got to 1 plate OHP in like 4 months, currently benching the most in my life and my chest was always s***
Might have to skip on them super bowl wings since I already had my cheat meal this week

Wings aren’t the worst thing to have tbh depending on the sauces and what type of wing it is. Would stay away from the other junk but wings are okay
i worked out this week while sick i pushed it for a couple of days then it got worse so i took yesterday off an will the rest of the week just hate when i am sick an cant workout

Oh yeah I see. If you gotta cut them then do what you got to. Just hope you still enjoy the event. I usually work out after an unplanned meal like that if I’m feeling sluggish.
With gyms shut in the UK I’m considering to get resistance bands to workout from home.
Any experiences with them? I work out 5/6 times a week but I’m reaching a point where the only thing I can do is more reps/sets for my own body weight workoits
I was supposed to look good at 135 for being 5’7 but I was a lanky flab now I’m at 155 wearing the same clothes just filled in more with lifting.

bands are cool, I'd suggest getting a cast iron kettlebell if you can as well though. I copped a 28kg one from Black Box towards the end of last year, doesn't look like gyms will be opening back up for us anytime soon lol
