    edit: Caught covid myself in December, was leaning into body weight exercises and not letting my diet take a nosedive

    for me is the realization I got blessed to live another day, so I try to look and be better than my last

    Yall using Apple fitness plus?
    It’s a nice substitute since its too cold to run outside with their treadmill and cycling and hiit workouts on my cardio days but man I can’t wait to be able to run outside

    I just hope I’ll be close to my record of running 10k in 48 mins because I definitely is aiming to get it below 40 by June at least

    F*** man I'm ending this bulk after 15 months. Yesterday I woke up to exactly 21kg (46lbs) gained over a year. That's it. I literally can't chuck in any more food.

    What a wild ride. I'll start my first cut ever in a month.

    Weather the past two weeks has been s*** so I havent been able to go outside and run like usual. No excuse though. My weight fluctuates so fast man I was down to 186 a months or two ago and now I’m back pushing 200. Diet has been good lately but I need to be more consistent with these at home workouts. I got up to 80lbs on a barbell and a set of 25lb dumbbells. Time to make the most of what I have I’m tryna be lean and mean by summer

    I didn't count my macros nor calories, all I made sure of was to be in caloric surplus and hit 140-150g of protein per day
