edit: Caught covid myself in December, was leaning into body weight exercises and not letting my diet take a nosedive

It’s a nice substitute since its too cold to run outside with their treadmill and cycling and hiit workouts on my cardio days but man I can’t wait to be able to run outside
I just hope I’ll be close to my record of running 10k in 48 mins because I definitely is aiming to get it below 40 by June at least

Weather the past two weeks has been s*** so I havent been able to go outside and run like usual. No excuse though. My weight fluctuates so fast man I was down to 186 a months or two ago and now I’m back pushing 200. Diet has been good lately but I need to be more consistent with these at home workouts. I got up to 80lbs on a barbell and a set of 25lb dumbbells. Time to make the most of what I have I’m tryna be lean and mean by summer
