Do y’all work out again the day after working out twice in one day
No. Give your body time to rest
Some ppl like me and maybe you have a tendency to overtrain
Its the lazy f***s who need to train more often, not us
4 weeks left of recomping
Can’t wait to get back into a bulk
Just gonna focus on putting on weight all of 2021.

Two-a-Days is enough, even then you'll want to make sure that you get enough rest between workouts and also you'll probably want to go back to once a day training for a little while.

Also depends on what you're doing in your workouts? Like if you're going for a long run in the morning and hitting weights in the evening that's one thing. I can't imagine doing serious weightlifting sessions more than twice a day, if that, though.
Two a days are beneficial for a very small population
You’ll see dudes who are training twice a week with better looking physiques than the two a day “athletes”
I live in England and they’re shutting down private gyms as well.
I got a 14kg kettle bell for HIIT, and dumbbells. Plus I run 10km when I can. The dumbbells trash though. I need a bench and heavier weights.
How long does it take you to run that 10km? Just want to gauge my own fitness level

average has been ~1h2m.
With gyms shut in the UK I’m considering to get resistance bands to workout from home.
Any experiences with them? I work out 5/6 times a week but I’m reaching a point where the only thing I can do is more reps/sets for my own body weight workoits
Update - I bought some. First home workout tomorrow LETS GOOOOOOOOO
Gyms will officially reopen in my area up to 50 people capacity again this Friday
This makes me very happy

No question, hope these home workouts pay off even though I wasn't very consistent with them

Last year I did hand stand push-ups March-September
Came back to lifting and eventually PR’d my overhead press
Can’t say it woulda happened if I wasn’t doing body weight workouts

Nice progress
I only know during the time of home workouts I've improved in push ups, pull ups, and type writer pushups. Those type of exercises really be the best, man I'll kick ass when I go back to the gym
Usually when I’m on vacation I take it easy but with nowhere to go I been working out like crazy. I feel amazing though

Google a beginner bodybuilding routine
You got many options but whatever you pick should consist of mostly compound lifts and you should focus on adding weight workout to workout (progressive overload)
You're stats huge bro you about to be swole af
