Don’t you love that feeling
I'm eating plenty and spreading it out but my body is telling me to eat all the time. I drink tons of water too
Any tips on how to curb hunger?
Dont unless you a fatty, train harder + more frequently utilize the energy especially if your body is craving it. All granted you make the right choices when eating 80% of the time

Am I really skinny?

You right you right. I know I’m skinny tbh just need someone to tell me it so I’ll go harder in the gym
need to incorporate more yoga or something. my upper back feels rigid at all times of day
Agreed, it’s a good exercise but too many are pushed on it as complete beginners. Romanian dead’s are better for new people imo

I'm eating like 3500 calories at 6'8 222 and I'm very lean
My meals are filling and I'm keeping the skin on my kiwi and sweet potatoes
It's feels like hunger mode is always on, even when I snack on chickpeas, apples, and protein bars throughout the day
Been thinking about adding steak or something in the morning for more fat. Any foods you would recommend to add?
i'm 6'4 185 and my TDEE is 3200 so you should definitely be eating more than 3500 if you want real progress.
Anyone done Muay Thai? Gonna join a gym when I get back to school. Just worried about injuries cause I play tennis 3-5x a week

Can someone explain to me what the hell "engage/squeeze your abs" mean and how to do it?
Do I squeeze outward or inward? Outward as in I push my gut out to the fullest and inward I pull my core tight and "squeeze my abs" during my exercises.
I tried both and I don't feel much of a difference :(
