i use to do the 1st part on my knees its so much better then standing
2nd part i dont use ropes but more with weights just make sure you can support the weight or lean back on like a wall/surface or sit doing it
3 rd part is good use to do it i will try it with my bands

your 155 right? you should not cut at that weight but maintain it or put more weight on like 10 pounds then cut use lighter weights to tone more do cardio or like a bit of hiit training

nah 150 pounds. Its like Im kinda depressed because I cant walk as much as I used to and feel good and that was how I managed to loose weight otherwise Il get sore feet.. I can cycle and swim and lift weights but yet its a slow process cause I cant walk it off

nah but that will contribute to it as well but I do sit most of the time so dont know if thats why cause of stiff muscles/depression/stress and diet that causes it
