do you guys in the winter time get tired through out the week working out and it leads up to getting sick like a cold etc, ? do you take anything to recover quick so you dont feel or get sick

Really need to make a programme where I have a clear plan of something to do every day.
No gym has just completely killed my progress.
Still wanna be leaner and fitter, they are my main goals.
Tbh I'd just love to be able to take off my t-shirt and feel comfy

I usually take edibles or rip the dab pen at night to relax my muscles, never get sick always ready to go in morning for next lift
