    do you guys in the winter time get tired through out the week working out and it leads up to getting sick like a cold etc, ? do you take anything to recover quick so you dont feel or get sick

    anyone have any advice for beginner weight training?

    I just started to get into fitness a couple months ago and im down 25 lbs since december, and now I'm trying to put on some muscle. Been going to the gym for a few weeks now but I still don't really know what I'm doing and im looking to start a true schedule

    this s***s super addicting though, I look and feel better than I ever have in my life and I couldnt be happier. Wish I started this sooner but better late than never

    You just gonna have to deal with it with less overload or work, or deal with the colds.

    Really need to make a programme where I have a clear plan of something to do every day.

    No gym has just completely killed my progress.

    Still wanna be leaner and fitter, they are my main goals.

    Tbh I'd just love to be able to take off my t-shirt and feel comfy

    If anyone actually did a home workout plan for a month or two and saw results close to what i want, please hit me up/link me

    Feeling small. Downside to being in San Diego is everyone at the gym is jacked af. Gets discouraging sometimes especially when you’re natural.

    I usually take edibles or rip the dab pen at night to relax my muscles, never get sick always ready to go in morning for next lift

    can't believe all my friends are literally acting like 21st june we will be back to normal and go clubbing

    there's no chance, we still have 6000 cases a day in a full lockdown after 2 months
