    What the hell can I do about my weak ass abs? Heavily regret neglecting them from my workouts so as a result I feel they're quite weak during compound movements and barely defined too

    I try doing like a 1 minute plank at end of every workout which I heavily struggle with, tried some leg raises and other twists but the bottom portion always ends up hurting

    Someone helps a brother out

    do the planks on one of those half yoga ball things if your gym has them

    instead of straight planks on them i do leg lifts instead, s*** is so much harder than just holding steady lol. plus it incorporates your legs a lot more since you have to balance on it with one foot. your glutes are gonna be killing you by like rep 15

    you need carbs even if its a little morning lunch dinner but not to much if ur cutting remember you gotta be burning more calories then ur eating if you wanna see results

    everyone at my gym probably thinks i'm weird posing and flexing in the gym after a set, little do they know i just think they're all pussies for not posing and flexing also. i mean what is the point of looking so f***ing good and working so hard if you can't just be a degenerate and have some fun

    idk, intensity minutes are the one stat i don’t check since occasionally it’ll misread my heart rate and think i went way harder than i did. i’d say i usually average a HR of about 130 tho if the run isn’t too hilly
