Im around that same percentage and have zero abs too, along with some flabbiness. Just gotta continue lifting and perhaps going on a cut too

yeah i'm on a heavy volume reverse pyramid training do like 9 sets of bench twice a week and try to up my training max by 5 pounds every week
Can you lay out your chest workouts? Each session you do per week w/ the type of excercises and sets+reps etc

Friday- I go up 5lbs if I hit 3-4 reps tomorrow on third set
9 sets,5x145,3x165,1+185,3x175,5x165,3x155,5x145,3x135,125

Haven't done any bulking or cutting cycles, been way too lazy to actually do a bulk and self conscious about putting on any fat. Hoping to do maintenance until I legit can go up anything for strength.
Need to start checking in with the fit fam more. I’m really making strides in the gym just need to get that diet right

I'm no expert or anything but I def know some people have great progress with the lower rep stuff, where as others don't grow s*** until they implement some real hypertrophy sets with different exercises
Like 3x12 bench paired with 3x12 upper chest exercise (reverse grip/incline bench)
You could also do a 5x5 heavy bench on the other day paired with the same higher volume upper chest exercise you did in the other session. Upper chest is really crucial for that pop
I'm basically just outlining a PPL routine I follow here

do it on chest day and arm day if u have one, oor if your not sore enough just have 1 day where u do just abs
how long does it take for you guys to workout at home? i sometimes push about 3 hours to really feel it im using about to 55 pounds, also since doing this from home an only using that amount i have toned so much since i left the gym about a year go since all this bs started i might continue to do this when i go back to the gym
